Ariana Grande Reveals Full Tracklist for Upcoming Album Petal During Inglewood Show
At the heart of the Kia Forum’s glowing lights, Ariana Grande announced the full tracklist for her eighth studio album petal during the opening night of her Eternal Sunshine Tour on Friday, June 19. The singer projected the titles on the arena’s giant screen, then shared a concise reel of the reveal on Instagram, giving fans a clear, visual confirmation of what’s to come.
Petal is slated for release on July 31, 2026, through Grande’s own imprint Babydoll Music in partnership with Republic Records. The project follows her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine and is described by the artist as “full of life” and “growing through the cracks of something cold and hard.” The lead single, “Hate That I Made You Love Me,” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this month and also topped the UK Singles Chart.
The 13‑song tracklist is: 1. “kiss me” 2. “hate that i made you love me” 3. “petal” 4. “stay” 5. “oh well” 6. “big feelings” 7. “freak” 8. “(warning signs)” 9. “like i do” 10. “never get over me” 11. “bad thing (bunny hop)” 12. “nowhere, nobody”
Grande co‑wrote and executive‑produced the album with Ilya Salmanzadeh. “Hate That I Made You Love Me” was released on May 29 and was produced by Grande, Salmanzadeh, and Max Martin.
The Eternal Sunshine Tour, which began on June 6 in Oakland, is Grande’s fifth tour and fourth arena run. The 41‑show trek will continue across North America through early August before concluding with a 10‑night residency at The O2 in London during August and September. The tour marks her first set of performances in seven years and has been described as a residency‑style format.
Outside music, Grande is slated to appear in the comedy sequel Focker‑In‑Law and will star in the West End production of Sunday In The Park With George in 2027.
The tracklist reveal was part of a broader strategy to build anticipation for the July release. By leveraging the Kia Forum’s large screen and a brief Instagram reel, Grande delivered a straightforward, visual confirmation that aligns with the album’s release schedule, which has been teased since April 2026.
The album’s stylization in all lowercase follows a trend in Grande’s recent releases, including Eternal Sunshine, and reflects a branding choice that has been noted by industry observers. The partnership with Republic Records continues Grande’s long‑standing relationship with the label, while Babydoll Music gives her greater control over the creative and business aspects of her releases.
Petal is expected to add to Grande’s catalog of chart‑topping singles and albums. With the lead single already securing a No. 1 spot on both the US and UK charts, the album’s release is positioned to reinforce her presence in the global pop market.
The next steps for the project include the final promotion of the album leading up to its July 31 release, continued touring in North America and the UK, and the integration of the new material into Grande’s live performances during the O2 residency.
