11. Original Works & Clean IP Guarantee

All audio available on Sound Stock — including music, loops, samples, and sound effects — is generated using legally released third-party generative tools. Sound Stock does not train its own AI models, does not scrape copyrighted material, and does not use any unlicensed third-party intellectual property during the creation of its catalog.

Each file offered on Sound Stock is a new, independently generated sound recording that contains no copyrighted source material, no identifiable excerpts, and no derivative content based on any existing work. All outputs are created through human-directed processes, including selection, curation, processing, editing, metadata creation, normalization, and categorization. These creative decisions constitute authorship under current U.S. and international copyright law.

Because Sound Stock does not rely on human contributors, legacy catalogs, or copyrighted source recordings, each asset is provided with a clean intellectual property chain. This means:
