2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

Your DMCA notice must include the following:

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. How We Handle DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the content. We may also terminate repeat infringers at our discretion.

4. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice at soundstock.com/helpdesk that includes:

• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

5. False Claims

Submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices can result in legal liability. Please ensure you have legitimate grounds before filing a claim.
