Asia Music Event 2026 to Launch in Hong Kong, Bringing 1,000+ Industry Professionals to Soho House

Hong Kong’s Soho House will become the epicenter of the Asian electronic music scene on November 26–27, 2026, when Asia Music Event (AME) makes its debut. The two‑day conference is slated to draw more than 1,000 music professionals and 200 companies, including global labels, festival operators, and event promoters, all under one roof.

AME’s inaugural program will feature over 30 sessions—keynotes, panels, and workshops—led by more than 100 speakers. Partners such as Beatport, Warner Music, Zamna Festival, Ismaya Group, Djakarta Warehouse Project, and The Magic of Tomorrowland will anchor the event, offering a broad industry perspective that spans from record deals to festival logistics.

The schedule promises curated networking and matchmaking sessions, giving attendees a direct line to peers across Asian and international markets. Keynote and panel topics will cover the full spectrum of the electronic music ecosystem, from artist development and label strategy to festival operations, live‑event promotion, data analytics, and brand partnerships. Live showcases and brand activations will run alongside the educational programming, providing a dynamic, in‑person experience.

Notable speakers announced for the first edition include Becky Yeung, Regional Vice President of Brand Partnerships, Sync and Business at Warner Music APAC; Ayudita Hariadi, Head of Artist Bookings at Ismaya Group; Jesper Skibsby, founder and CEO of WARM and Co‑Founder of Lisbon Dance Summit; and Leo Arbez, who runs Magic Room, Nodes Rec., and 22Systm Studio in Hong Kong. Their expertise spans recorded music, festival booking, data‑driven conference development, and local nightlife.

The event will close on November 27 with the AME Official Closing Party. While the artist lineup remains to be announced, performers are expected to come from the participating festivals and labels.

According to the organizers, AME aims to create a dedicated industry meeting point in Asia. The region’s electronic music market is expanding rapidly, yet companies often operate in isolation due to differing business structures, audience habits, and regulatory environments. By gathering stakeholders in a single venue, AME seeks to foster cross‑border collaboration and clarify how the industry functions across Asian markets.

Industry analysts note that the conference’s focus on networking, matchmaking, and live showcases fills a gap in the current event landscape. While many Western music conferences emphasize digital tools and streaming analytics, AME places equal weight on in‑person interaction and live‑event promotion, reflecting Asia’s strong club and festival culture.

Launching in Hong Kong is strategically timed. The city’s central position between Mainland China and Southeast Asia, combined with its established MICE infrastructure, makes it an ideal hub for a pan‑Asian music conference. The event also coincides with rising demand for licensing and synchronization opportunities in the region.

As the schedule is finalized, additional speakers and session details will be released. Organizers have indicated that the program will continue to evolve, potentially adding more interactive workshops and industry‑specific breakout rooms.

In short, Asia Music Event 2026 will offer a comprehensive platform for electronic music professionals across Asia and beyond, blending education, networking, and live performances to become a key fixture in the region’s music industry calendar.
