Ella Langley Extends The Dandelion Tour to 21 Dates, Adds Athens Stop
With a surge of fanfare, Ella Langley announced on June 24 that her headline arena run, The Dandelion Tour, will stretch to 21 shows, adding a much‑anticipated stop in Athens, Georgia. The extension pushes the tour’s window from August 20 to October 31 and includes a September 18 appearance at the newly renamed Atkins Ford Arena, as well as other iconic venues such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado and two nights at Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre.
The expanded itinerary opens in Toledo, Ohio, on August 20 and wraps in Nashville, Tennessee, on October 31. In addition to the Athens date, Langley will perform at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the Greek Theatre (twice), the Hollywood Bowl, and the Ryman Auditorium, among other notable stages. The September 18 show at the Atkins Ford Arena—a venue that has hosted major country acts in recent years—will be a highlight of the run.
The tour is a platform for Langley’s sophomore album, Dandelion, which debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 and earned RIAA Platinum certification. Produced by Langley, Miranda Lambert, and Ben West, the record features the 4× Platinum single “Choosin’ Texas,” the first track by a female country artist to simultaneously top the Billboard Hot 100, Hot Country Songs, and Country Airplay charts. The second single, “Be Her,” also went Platinum and became the fastest solo female country song to reach No. 1 on country radio in the past decade.
Langley’s recent accolades reinforce her rising profile. She swept the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards, winning all seven categories in which she was nominated, and added two American Music Awards to her résumé.
Ticket demand has been brisk since the initial announcement. Multiple dates sold out shortly after tickets went on sale, and the Athens show is expected to draw a sizable local crowd. General sales for the added dates opened on Friday, June 26 at 10 a.m. local time. The Athens stop promises fans a setlist that showcases the songs driving Langley’s success, along with additional material from Dandelion.
Tickets and further tour details are available on Ella Langley’s official website. The extension underscores Langley’s sustained momentum in the country music arena and her growing presence on the national stage.
