Beatport Launches Free Greenroom Dashboard for Artists and Labels
Beatport announced on June 30 2026 the launch of Beatport Greenroom for Artists & Labels, a free, all‑in‑one dashboard that lets creators claim and update their Beatport profiles, view detailed performance analytics, manage team members, and embed ticketing events directly on their pages.
Beatport, founded in 2004 as a download store for DJs, has grown into the world’s largest destination for electronic dance music. The platform supports more than 80,000 labels, 400,000 artists and millions of DJs, and offers a specialized streaming service aimed at club culture. In 2013 the site was acquired by SFX Entertainment for just over $50 million, and after SFX’s 2016 bankruptcy it emerged as LiveStyle, the current parent company.
Greenroom gives artists and labels a single interface to see how their catalog performs on Beatport. The dashboard displays chart positions, DJ downloads, streams, and follower counts for each release. Users can also view which tracks are featured on DJ playlists and how many times a track has been added to a DJ’s library. The analytics are refreshed in real time, allowing creators to gauge the impact of promotional pushes or new releases.
Beyond data, Greenroom streamlines profile management. Artists and labels can instantly update photos, bios, social links and other branding elements to keep their Beatport pages current. The platform also supports team collaboration: up to several pre‑verified users can be invited to a profile, giving label staff, managers or collaborators secure access to edit content and view analytics.
A key new feature is the ability to embed Beatport Tickets events on a profile. When a label or artist lists an upcoming show, the event appears as a clickable banner on the page, letting fans purchase tickets while browsing the catalog. This integration ties the promotional and sales functions of Beatport together and gives creators a direct channel to monetize live events.
Greenroom is part of a broader Beatport for Artists & Labels initiative that was announced late 2025. The initiative includes remix competitions, editorial visibility on Beatportal, distribution services, publishing and royalty accounting tools, and a demo‑submission platform for labels. By bundling these services into a single hub, Beatport aims to make the platform a one‑stop shop for creators looking to grow their presence in the EDM market.
The launch comes amid a wider industry shift toward data‑driven promotion and creator‑centric tools. While major streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music already offer artist dashboards, Beatport’s focus on DJs and club culture gives it a niche advantage. The Greenroom dashboard provides the depth of insight that DJs need to discover new tracks, and the tools that artists and labels need to engage that audience.
"The DJ community represents a unique audience of leaned‑in listeners and tastemakers who take the music they love and share it with the world, but this community has historically been difficult to engage directly through traditional channels," said Alex Branson, Beatport’s Chief Commercial Officer. "With the launch of Beatport Greenroom, we take a huge step forward in cementing our role as a key marketing partner. Artists and labels can now utilise their profiles with greater agency, understand how DJs are interacting with their music, and better connect with their DJ followers to nurture long‑term relationships."
Beatport Greenroom is currently available to all artists and labels that have a Beatport profile. Creators can claim or verify their page through the new hub, after which they can begin using the analytics, team‑management, and ticket‑embedding features. Beatport has indicated that future updates will add more tools and services, but no specific timeline has been announced.
In summary, Beatport’s Greenroom provides a free, comprehensive dashboard that consolidates profile management, performance analytics, team collaboration, and ticketing into a single interface. The platform is positioned to strengthen the connection between artists, labels and the DJ community, and to support the broader Beatport for Artists & Labels ecosystem.
