Nothing Launches Club Nothing Nightlife Series and $40,000 Fund for Emerging Creators

Nothing Technology Limited, the London‑based consumer electronics firm known for its transparent smartphones and Ear audio devices, is stepping onto the dance floor with a two‑part launch that blends product promotion with community investment. In early July 2026, the company unveiled Club Nothing, a global series of pop‑up dance music events, and the Club Nothing Fund, a $40,000 grant program aimed at supporting independent club nights, event series and small festivals.

The first night of the Club Nothing tour opens in New York City on July 9, when an unexpected Brooklyn venue is transformed into a one‑night‑only club experience that also doubles as the launchpad for Nothing’s Ear (3a) earbuds. From there, the tour will move to Tokyo on July 30 before heading to other major cities worldwide.

The fund’s application window opened on July 1 and will close on August 9. Creators can submit their pitches through the portal at nothing.tech/club‑nothing. The program will award four international creatives $10,000 each, with winners announced later in August. Selected applicants will receive not only cash but also exposure through the Club Nothing platform and Nothing’s global community channels.

"Club Nothing is about creating spaces where people can come together around a shared love for music," said Erica Travis, Senior Community Manager at Nothing. "Through the Club Nothing Fund, we’re investing in the people and communities that continue to inspire us." The statement was issued on Nothing’s official website.

The judging panel is a mix of industry professionals and artists: DJ and producer Manuka Honey, multi‑hyphenate artist and Nothing communications head Shavone Charles, Erica Travis, music editor Solomon Pace‑McCarrick of Dazed, A&R founder James Supreme and industry professional Layla Mustafa Rock.

Nothing’s move follows a pattern of the company’s community‑driven strategy. Since its first Ear (1) earbuds in 2021 and its Phone (1) smartphone in 2022, Nothing has released successive generations of devices, including the Ear (3a) earbuds and Phone (4b) smartphone, both scheduled for launch in July 2026.

The Club Nothing Fund is described as a rare corporate‑backed grant rooted in cutting‑edge music culture. It is intended to help creators who push boundaries in music and self‑expression. The fund’s focus on grassroots organizers aligns with Nothing’s broader mission to empower creators through design‑centric products and an engaged online community.

The initiative is part of a broader trend of tech companies investing in live‑event infrastructure, offering financial support and platform visibility to emerging talent. By tying the fund to a global event series, Nothing provides a ready audience and marketing pipeline for winners.

The next step for interested creators is to submit a pitch by August 9. Winners will be announced later in August and will be invited to host a Club Nothing event in one of the series’ cities.

In summary, Nothing’s Club Nothing launch and fund represent a strategic expansion into nightlife, combining product promotion with community investment. The program offers tangible support to creators and a platform for exposure, while reinforcing Nothing’s brand presence in the global music and audio market.
