Le Sserafim to Close BlizzCon 2026 with Live Performance

Le Sserafim, the South Korean girl group, will headline the closing ceremony of BlizzCon 2026, the annual gaming convention hosted by Blizzard Entertainment. The event will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center on September 12‑13, 2026, and the group will perform on the main stage on Sunday, September 13. The announcement follows Le Sserafim’s 2023 BlizzCon appearance, which drew more than two million views on YouTube and marked the first time a K‑pop act closed the U.S. convention.

BlizzCon has been held every year since 2005 at the Anaheim Convention Center, a venue close to Blizzard’s headquarters in Irvine, California. The convention is known for game announcements, playable demos, panels, and a closing ceremony that has featured rock and metal acts such as Metallica, Muse, Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, and Ozzy Osbourne. Le Sserafim’s return continues this tradition of high‑profile musical performances while expanding the event’s musical diversity.

The group’s relationship with Blizzard extends beyond live shows. In 2023, Le Sserafim premiered the music video for their single “Perfect Night” inside Overwatch 2. The video, released in October, animated Overwatch 2 heroes racing to a concert and was followed by a dedicated game mode and exclusive in‑game items, including legendary hero skins. The collaboration highlighted Blizzard’s strategy of integrating popular music acts into its games to enhance player engagement.

BlizzCon 2026 will run from September 12 to 13, 2026. Attendees can purchase a BlizzCon Pass that grants full two‑day access to all halls and the arena during show hours. Registration opens on‑site at the Anaheim Convention Center on September 11, and tickets are sold through Blizzard’s official site and partner vendors. The convention will feature esports competitions such as the Blizzard Classic Cup, World of Warcraft AWC, Overwatch World Cup, and Hearthstone Masters Tour.

With Le Sserafim confirmed as the closing act, Blizzard has also indicated that additional in‑game activations may be announced closer to the event. The company has not yet disclosed specific details, but the partnership with the group suggests that future BlizzCon announcements could include further music‑related content or new Overwatch 2 features.

In summary, Le Sserafim’s scheduled performance at BlizzCon 2026 marks a return to the convention after a successful 2023 appearance and underscores Blizzard’s ongoing collaboration with music artists. The event will take place on September 12‑13 at the Anaheim Convention Center, with tickets available through Blizzard’s official channels. Further in‑game activations are expected to be revealed as the convention approaches.
