Role Overview

As our Office Manager in Las Vegas, you will coordinate office logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure day-to-day operations allow the Sound Stock team to focus on innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain a welcoming work environment.
  • Coordinate vendor services including facilities, catering, and office supplies.
  • Schedule and support internal meetings, events, and off-site team-building activities.
  • Manage office budget, expense tracking, and vendor invoicing.
  • Implement and optimize office policies and procedures.
  • Serve as primary contact for landlords, contractors, and facility management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in a tech startup.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic accounting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
